Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich Sport - Bewegungs- und Trainingslehre, Note: gut, Universität Leipzig, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ein wesentlicher Teil des sportlichen Trainings ist das Erlernen und Anwenden
sportlicher Techniken. Aus dem Verlangen nach sportlichen Höchstleistungen ergibt
sich die Forderung, immer zeitiger mit dem Training - im Besonderen dem
technischen - zu beginnen.
Ist es jedoch auch wichtig im Freizeitsportbereich eine solche hohe Anforderung an
die sportliche Technik zu stellen? Muss die Lösung einer sportlichen
Bewegungsaufgabe immer die zweckmäßigste und effektivste sein?
Es heißt doch Freizeitsport, also freiwillige Ausübung von Sport! Warum muss ich mir
auch da noch von jemand sagen lassen, wie ich was zu tun habe?
Oder ist es trotzdem wichtig, eine bestimmte sportliche Technik zu beherrschen,
damit die ausgeübte Bewegung sinnvoll wird? Kann man durch richtige Technik in
der Ausübung die gesundheitlichen Risiken senken? Und sollten sportliche
Betätigungen zur Prävention oder Rehabilitation nicht auch sehr zweckmäßig sein,
damit die Zielstellung der gesundheitlichen Erhaltung gewahrt bleibt?
Mit dieser Fragestellung soll sich diese Arbeit auseinandersetzen.
Unter dem Blickpunkt, in welchem Maße sportliche Technik im Freizeitsportbereich
benötigt wird, werde ich vorerst klären, was sportliche Technik bedeutet. Ich werde
auf die Ziele des Techniktrainings eingehen, sowie auf die Vorgehensweise bei der
Erlernung einer sportlichen Technik. Danach werde ich mich kritisch mit dem Thema
der Lerntheorien auseinandersetzen und eine spezielle Theorie auswählen, mit
welcher ich die Techniknotwendigkeit im Freizeitsport begründen werde. Die Theorie
auf, welche ich mich beziehen werde, ist das Neue „ABC“ im Techniktraining von
ROTH. Abschließend werde ich noch ein Resümee ziehen, welches die Zielstellung
meiner Arbeit abrunden wird.
